Job Description
We are looking for a warm, loving and genuinely caring full-time live-in nanny for our 1-year-old son. More than anything, we want someone who truly loves being around children and will build a beautiful, affectionate bond with him.
He is a happy and curious little boy, so we are looking for someone fun, energetic and playful who enjoys getting down on the floor to play with him, singing songs, reading lots of stories, doing creative and sensory activities, and taking him outdoors to explore. We want someone who will actively engage with him throughout the day, encourage his development and make his days happy and interesting.
She will be responsible for everything related to him, including preparing his meals, feeding, bathing and changing him, following his nap and bedtime routines, and keeping his room, toys and belongings clean and organized. We would love someone who is comfortable following the routine and parenting approach we have established, while also being proactive and taking initiative when it comes to his activities and care.
We are an Emirati family and it is very important to us that the person caring for him respects and appreciates our culture, traditions and family values. We want him to grow up connected to his identity, so we are looking for someone who is happy to support and respect this as part of his everyday life.
Most importantly, we are looking for someone kind, trustworthy, patient and affectionate who will care for our boy with genuine love. We would prefer someone already based in the UAE so that we can meet her and arrange a trial before making a final decision.
