All services are provided as digital platform-based services.

3. User Categories

These Terms apply to all users, including:

• Job Seekers / Candidates
• Employers / Companies
• Recruiters / Agencies
• Individual Clients (including families, households, and residents seeking employment services)

4. Nature of Platform (Important Disclaimer)

• DW Employment Services FZ acts solely as a technology platform and facilitator
• We do NOT act as an employer, sponsor, or agent
• We do NOT guarantee employment, hiring, or placement outcomes

All decisions relating to hiring, employment, and engagement are made independently by Users.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and lawful information
• Use the platform only for legitimate employment and recruitment purposes
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Respect the rights and privacy of other users

6. Account & Security

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activities under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

7. Data Usage & Sharing

By using our Services:

• You consent to the collection and use of your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy
• Candidates consent to their profiles being visible to employers, recruiters, and clients
• Employers and clients agree to use candidate data strictly for recruitment purposes

We may share and display data across all platforms operated by DW Employment Services FZ.

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

• Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Misuse or abuse candidate or employer data
• Engage in spam, harassment, or unlawful communication
• Scrape, copy, or extract data using automated tools
• Attempt to bypass platform controls or payment systems

Violation may result in:

• Immediate suspension or termination
• Legal action

9. Fees & Payments

• Certain features and services may be offered on a paid basis

All payments are subject to applicable service terms

Payments made are non-refundable, unless explicitly stated otherwise

10. Intellectual Property

• All content, systems, and technology on the platform are owned by DW Employment Services FZ
• Users may not copy, reproduce, or distribute platform content without permission

11. Third-Party Interactions

Users interact with each other directly

The Company is not responsible for:
