1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering, accessing, purchasing, or using any services provided by DW Employment Services FZ ("Company", "We", "Us", "Our"), you ("User", "Client") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

By proceeding with any payment, you expressly acknowledge and agree that all services are non-refundable, and you waive any right to request a refund, reversal, or dispute under any circumstances.

2. Overview of Paid Services

DW Employment Services FZ provides paid online employment and recruitment services, including Candidate Sourcing (self-service access) and Specialised Recruitment & Placement Assistance (assisted service).

All services are provided strictly as online placement assistance and facilitation services, and not as guaranteed hiring or employment services.

3. Nature of Services (Important)

  • All services are digital and online-based services
  • We provide access, tools, support, and coordination only
  • We do NOT provide guaranteed placement, hiring, or employment outcomes

4. Candidate Sourcing - Service Terms

Under this service, users may be provided with access to candidate database, search and filtering tools, ability to unlock candidate contact details, access to candidate profiles, photos, and work history, shortlisting and comparison features, and direct communication with candidates.

Access is strictly for employment and recruitment purposes only.

Candidate data must NOT be shared with unauthorized third parties, used for marketing or unrelated purposes, or copied, scraped, or extracted in bulk.

5. Specialised Recruitment & Placement Assistance - Service Terms

This service includes Candidate Sourcing features, along with candidate matching and shortlisting, interview scheduling and coordination, guidance on UAE visa processes, support for sponsorship and authorized visa channels where applicable, employment documentation assistance, coordination support, priority support services, and replacement support subject to the conditions below.

6. Fees & Payment Terms (Strict Policy)

  • All services are paid in advance

All payments are final and strictly non-refundable under any circumstances

No refunds will be issued for, including but not limited to failure to hire, candidate rejection or non-response, candidate leaving after joining, visa rejection, delay, or cancellation, change of requirement by the client, or dissatisfaction with service outcomes

By purchasing the service, you irrevocably agree to this non-refundable policy.

7. No Refund Policy (Reinforced)

  • All payments made to DW Employment Services FZ are final and non-refundable

No refunds, reversals, or chargebacks will be accepted once the service is activated

This applies regardless of service usage, outcome, or satisfaction

Any attempt to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute may result in immediate suspension of services and may lead to legal action.

8. Data Usage & Access Restrictions

You agree to use candidate information strictly for employment and recruitment purposes, not resell, distribute, or misuse candidate data, and not use automated tools to extract or scrape data.

Violation may result in immediate suspension, permanent ban, and legal action.

9. No Guarantee of Placement or Hiring

DW Employment Services FZ provides online placement assistance only.

We do NOT guarantee job placement or successful hiring, candidate selection or acceptance, interview outcomes, candidate performance or behavior, completion of employment, or visa approval or timelines.

All final decisions relating to hiring and employment are made solely and independently by employers, companies, recruiters, agencies, and individual clients.

10. Replacement Policy (Limited Scope)

Where replacement support is offered, replacement applies only to online candidate sourcing and matching services.

Replacement does NOT include visa or government processes, any financial reimbursement, or any third-party or external costs.

Replacement is not applicable if job requirements are changed after candidate selection, the candidate leaves due to salary or contract disputes, working conditions, or the client fails to comply with applicable laws or agreed terms.

11. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate and lawful job requirements, comply with all applicable UAE laws and regulations, conduct hiring processes ethically and legally, and ensure fair treatment of candidates.

12. Company Role & Limitation of Liability

DW Employment Services FZ acts strictly as an online platform and facilitator.

We are not an employer, a sponsor, or a recruitment agent guaranteeing placement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for hiring decisions or outcomes, failure to secure employment or placement, candidate conduct or performance, visa approvals, delays, or rejections, disputes between users, or any direct or indirect financial or legal losses.

13. Service Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services without notice, restrict access to candidate data, and remove accounts violating these Terms.

No refund will be provided in such cases.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
